Background & objective :
A global health supplements company would like to have regular check on TA’s feedback on their marketing mix as well as to gain innovation ideas either in NPD or potential service offerings to secure their market leading position.
How we did it :
We created a Super Mama Panel of 20 highly creative & marketing savvy moms-to-be & moms with kids below 3 years old. These targets were interviewed & recruited for their dual roles to play in life, i.e., a mom (to be) & a creative/marketing professional from non competition industries so they didn’t just help give instant feedback on client’s marketing mix, they could help generate truly valuable big ideas based on their own experiences in work & as a mom (to be).
A cozy afternoon session was conducted on a bi-weekly basis among these targets by groups based on their life stages (kid’s age) with topics to be assigned for brainstorming & idea generation.
Output :
A concise & almost immediate summary report was provided within a day or two plus some truly break-through innovation ideas involving product format, service offerings & brand building activities were created for client’s strategic planning benefit.
